Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • 1. Who are these groups for?

    These groups are for:

    • expecting moms preparing for postpartum

    • newly postpartum moms

    • mothers navigating the emotional transition into motherhood

Whether you’re overwhelmed, isolated, anxious, exhausted, or simply wanting more support, you are welcome here.

    2. Do I have to share or turn my camera on?

    Not at all.

    You can:

    • listen quietly

    • participate as much or as little as you’d like

    • keep your camera off

    • arrive late

    • feed or care for your baby during group

    This is a judgment-free, come-as-you-are space.

    3. What makes this group different from other mom groups?

This group centers the mother, not just the baby.

    We talk honestly about:

    • identity shifts

    • overwhelm and anxiety

    • relationships after baby

    • mental load

    • resentment, rage, loneliness, and overstimulation

    • practical emotional support for real life

No toxic positivity. No pressure to “have it all together.”

    4. Is this therapy?

No. This is a supportive, educational community space, not therapy or medical treatment.

However, the group is designed to provide:

    • emotional support

    • practical tools

    • honest conversations

    • connection with other mothers

If additional mental health support is needed, referrals and resources may be recommended.

    5. Can I bring my baby?

    Absolutely.

Babies are welcome. Feeding, diaper changes, crying, rocking, and multitasking are all normal here.

You do not need to show up perfectly to deserve support.
