Coaching for Pregnancy and Postpartum

Because no parent is meant to navigate this transition alone.

Our Services

  • Pregnancy Coaching

Pregnancy coaching supports you through the emotional and psychological changes that begin long before birth. As your body changes, your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self are changing too—and that can bring up fear, grief, excitement, uncertainty, and everything in between.

In pregnancy coaching, we focus on:

Preparing emotionally and mentally for birth and postpartum

Understanding and regulating your nervous system

Working through fears, expectations, or past experiences that may be surfacing

Strengthening communication, boundaries, and support systems

Reconnecting to your body and intuition during pregnancy

This work isn’t about “doing pregnancy right.” It’s about helping you feel grounded, informed, and emotionally supported so you can enter birth and postpartum with more trust in yourself and the support around you.

  • Postpartum Coaching

Postpartum coaching centers the mother during one of the most tender and demanding transitions of her life. After birth, many women are expected to adjust quickly, function well, and carry on—often without adequate emotional support. This coaching exists to change that.

    Postpartum coaching supports you with:

Processing your birth experience and the emotional aftermath

Navigating identity shifts and changes in relationships

Nervous system repair and emotional regulation during depletion and fatigue

Making sense of grief, rage, joy, or disorientation that can arise

Rebuilding rhythms that support rest, safety, and stability

This is not about fixing you or pushing you forward. It’s about helping you feel held as you recover, integrate, and slowly find your footing in this new chapter—at your own pace.

How Coaching Works

A hospital scene with a man, woman, and a newborn baby. The man is wearing scrubs, a surgical mask, and a hair cover, while the woman is holding the baby, who is dressed in white. The baby is crying, and the woman has curly hair with reddish highlights. The group is close together, sharing a special moment.

Coaching sessions are a calm, non-judgmental space where you are invited to show up exactly as you are. Sessions are conversational, grounded, and responsive to what you’re experiencing in the moment. Together, we work with your body, emotions, and nervous system—not against them.

You can expect:

  • Attuned, relational support

  • Practical tools you can use in daily life

  • Space to speak freely without being rushed or corrected

  • Guidance that adapts to your unique needs and timing

This work is informed by nervous system awareness, relational safety, and the understanding that healing and adjustment happen best in connection.

Who Pregnancy and Postpartum Coaching is for…

This work is for pregnant and postpartum women who:

  • Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally tender

  • Want support that is gentle, grounded, and realistic

  • Are navigating identity shifts or relationship changes

  • Long for guidance without pressure or judgment

  • Know they don’t want to do this season alone

Coaching is not therapy or medical care, but it can be a powerful complement to both.
