Your Postpartum Plan
A simple place to start thinking about life after baby
Postpartum planning is more than preparing the nursery.
It's thinking about how you will eat, sleep, recover, feed your baby, manage visitors, divide responsibilities, and take care of yourself when you're running on very little sleep.
There is no perfect postpartum plan.
There is your plan.
Use these questions to start a conversation with your partner, support people, and yourself. You can change your answers as you learn what your family actually needs.
1. How Do We Want to Feel?
2. Feeding
3. Sleep and Rest
4. Visitors
5. The Practical Stuff
6. Taking Care of Me
7. When Plans Change

One Question to Keep Asking
Instead of:
"What am I supposed to do?"
Try asking:
"What does my family need right now?"
That question can help you move through the noise, opinions, and endless parenting advice and come back to what matters most.
Need Help Creating Your Plan?
