More Than Answers. A Place to Feel Confident.

There is no shortage of parenting advice.

Your doctor says one thing. Your mom says another. Social media has a hundred opinions, and every baby product promises to solve the problem.

It's no wonder so many parents feel overwhelmed.

At Rooted Postpartum, coaching isn't about telling you there's one "right" way to parent. It's about helping you understand your options, make informed decisions, and feel confident in what works for your family.

Our sessions are a place to slow down, ask questions, and work through the real-life challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood with someone who will listen without judgment.

Together, we'll:

  • Find practical solutions for the everyday challenges of caring for yourself and your baby.

  • Understand what is developmentally normal so you know what to expect and when something deserves a closer look.

  • Sort through the conflicting advice from family, friends, social media, and the internet so you can make decisions with confidence.

  • Explore feeding, sleep, baby gear, routines, relationships, and the emotional transition into parenthood.

  • Build confidence in your own instincts instead of constantly wondering if you're doing it "right."

  • Receive compassionate, evidence-informed support that meets you where you are, without pressure or judgment.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you ask for help.

Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival, navigating the first weeks at home, or facing a new challenge months later, coaching gives you a trusted place to think out loud, problem-solve, and leave with a plan that feels realistic for your family.

Because the goal isn't perfect parenting.

It's helping you feel rooted, supported, and confident as you grow into the parent you want to be.
